Phylogenetic trees of the hemagglutinin (HA) and neuraminidase (NA) genes of all known influenza A virus subtypes including H17/18 and NA-like N10/11. (A) The categorized HA molecules can be grouped into two groups, group 1 and group 2. The bat-derived H17 and H18 (each marked with a star) belong to group 1, displaying a typical sequence feature of group 1 HA molecules. (B) All the known NAs could also be grouped into two groups: group 1 and group 2. The bat-derived N10 and N11 (each marked with a star) do not belong to either group. They are NA homologs or could be called NA-like molecules. Here we propose that they be categorized as influenza A-like group 3. HA is the receptor binding protein of the influenza A virus, and is responsible for virus entry into host cells. Before the discovery of the H17 and H18 genes there were 16 subtypes of HA described, H1–H16. Based on their primary sequences, these HA molecules can be categorized into two groups ( Figure 1): group 1 (H1, H2, H5, H6, H8, H9, H11, H12, H13, H16, H17, and H18) and group 2 (H3, H4, H7, H10, H14, and H15) 12, 19, 20, 21, 22. Bat-derived H17 and H18 should be placed into group 1 based on their primary sequences ( Figure 1) 12, 16, 17, 19.

The V17 database will also be replaced in the next days. There will be one new database for the field-of-view range between 10 and 20 degrees and a Johnson-V magnitude version of the D50 for photometry I will call V50. Normally the databases contain the Gaia Bp (blue) magnitude which covers roughly the visual spectrum. For photometry is is better to have the calculated Johnson-V magnitude.

The Logic Heat boiler is a condensing boiler, so it uses the water vapour produced in the heating process as another source of energy. The condensation that’s produced when this happens is called boiler condensate, which is safely released outside using a condensate drain. To start the optional side mission, Vent All the Psychoseismometers for Gisu, head to the fast travel location of the Quarry, and look for the large Treehouse that you can spot towards the left side of the area. Just left of the path that leads to the Pyschoisolation Chamber, you’ll spot a bouncy rope platform down by the water. Jump onto this and make your way onto the small island with the goats. The new databases are sorted on star density and not on magnitude. These databases are constructed to have a constant star density per square degrees sky. For navigation (solving) there is no need to fill the database with numerous stars when there are sufficient brighter stars available. But in sky areas where there not many stars the new database goes deeper then the older H18. It goes down to magnitude 21 if required. The Logic Heat is a modern, efficient condensing boiler, and you can change its output by calling on it to produce more or less heating for your home. The lower the amount of energy your boiler uses, the lower your utility bills will be.

Hi, I currently have the older version of ASTAP and i am currently using it in the program Astro Photography Tool ( APT ) For creating each of these databases my computer has to work a few days. You could argue are the D05 and D20 really required and can't you use the D50 for all applications?. But a small size database could be handy. As an experiment I have also created a D80 but I don't think there are setups imaging consistently with a field-of-view of something like 0.1x0.1 degree. The new D05 should work fine for you. But you could also install the new D20 or D50. There is no penalty for installing the D50 except for the larger size and maybe a little slower. But these databases are all smaller then the H18. You could also stay with the H18. With your field-of-view there will be no notable performance difference. The H18 will be supported for some time. So, I am not sure if i should just be looking at going with the larger D50 option or looking at the D20 option, I think the D05 might be right on the limit possibly?

In influenza virus there are six further genes, in addition to HA and NA, which encode 12 proteins, with some newly identified protein products 8, 56, 57, 58, 59. These proteins include PA, PB1, PB2, PB1-N40, PB1-F2, PA-X, NP, M1, M2, M42, NS1, and NS2 ( Figure 5). Two additional proteins of N-truncated PAs, PA-N155, and PA-N182, have also been reported [60]. M1 is the third virus-surface envelope protein and NP is responsible for viral RNA binding to form ribonucleoprotein (vRNP), which then combines with PB1, PB2, and PA to form the vRNP complex, a core apparatus responsible for proper virus replication [5]. Previous studies on influenza virus have shown that NP binds to viral RNA destined for transcription by PB1, that harbors a canonical RNA-dependent RNApolymerasedomain, in conjunction with PB2, with cap-binding capacity, that together form the polymerase complex [61]. PB1 also binds directly to the C-terminal domain of PA 62, 63. The N-terminal domain of PA (PAn) functions as an endonuclease to generate small RNA primers that are essential for initiation of viral gene transcription 64, 65. This cleavage of host-derived RNA occurs in a sequence-specific manner 66, 67. Tong and coworkers demonstrated that the combination of NP, PB1, PB2, and PA derived from bat H17N10 is able to transcribe RNA in an influenza A mini-genome reporter assay, and this activity was abrogated when PB1 was removed from the complex [12]. Heating systems that include a regular boiler take up a fair amount of space around the home so aren’t well suited to properties with little room to spare. As well as the boiler itself, the system will also need a hot water cylinder and cold water storage tank. This user guide for the Logic Heat boiler from Ideal Heating will help you get the most out of this reliable central heating solution. With tips taken directly from this boiler’s user manual, this guide will help you make the most of the Logic Heat’s impressive features and benefits. A central heating output rating of 18 kW means that the H18 is well suited to properties with up to 15 radiators. The Ideal Logic Heat range has a wide range of outputs from 12 kW right up to 30 kW which means there’s a suitable model for small to large properties. This is a highly efficient regular boiler that could help to lower your gas bill thanks to an efficiency of 92% and ErP A-rating for heat. The compact and easy-to-use Logic Heat is a heat only boiler, so it works together with a cylinder and a pair of water tanks to keep your home warm and the hot water running. This impressive model is also endorsed by the Energy Saving Trust thanks to its efficient design.

We’ll explain this heat only boiler's control panel, as well as taking a look at fault codes and how to operate it most efficiently. You’ll also find top troubleshooting tips and information on how the Logic Heat’s condensate drain works to prevent boiler condensate from freezing. Introducing the Logic Heat The Logic Heat H18, manufactured by Ideal, is a condensing regular gas boiler designed for a compact wall-mounted installation. We recommend dusting your boiler with a dry cloth on a regular basis to help keep it clean. For difficult marks or stains you can wipe your boiler down with a damp, non-abrasive cloth, then finish it off using a dry cloth. For precise guarantee conditions please refer to www.osram.com/am-guarantee.D50 stand for a database with a star density up to 5000 stars per square degree. Size is about 873 mbytes. Substitution of the residues in the three secondary elements is important for the HA protein to obtain avian or human SA receptor preference. Different HA subtypes use different substitutions to achieve this goal. For H2 and H3 HAs, Q226L and G228S substitutions in the 220-loop are responsible for the switch between avian and human receptor binding specificities 30, 32 whereas, for H1 HA, different combinations of substitutions at residues 190 and 225 are important for the SA binding preference 33, 34. For H5 HA, a single Q226L substitution is enough to change the receptor binding preference 35, 36. By contrast, for H7 HAs, Q226L substitution is not solely responsible for the acquisition of human receptor binding, and other amino acid substitutions also contribute to the receptor binding switch, especially G186V substitution 37, 38. D20 stand for a database with a star density up to 2000 stars per square degree. Size is about 400 mbytes.
