A great addition to an interesting series, it is fun to watch as Hiccup and Toothless seem to be ever failing as viking and dragon despite their growth from the last one or at least apparent growth. If you haven't discovered Hiccup yet, you're missing out on one of the greatest inventions of modern children's literature. This original series that inspired the hit DreamWorks Animation films is made up of twelve hilarious adventures, featuring accidentally-heroic Hiccup and his tiny dragon Toothless.

Climbing on to a Roman Dragon Rustling ship by mistake in your first 'Boarding an Enemy Ship' lesson is bad enough.I loved the introduction of new characters from other tribes and the ridiculous ways that Hiccup solves problems.

Santa brought this book for my son for Christmas this year and it is the ONLY bedtime story I have been allowed to read to him. Overall, a wonderful book read with immense talent, enthusiasm and inventiveness by a talented storyteller, this is a must-own.
