The Omni 360 Cool Air Mesh carrier is a full mesh carrier designed to maximize ventilation to keep baby and parent cooler. It is also appreciated by parents with less mobility as you don't need to reach in the back to fasten and tighten the chest strap, as all the buckling and fastening is done on the front.

The original 360 design, although made of 100% premium cotton did seem to get a little hot for E on those rare British heatwave days. This is positioned on the parent’s left during a front carry which I found a bit counter-intuitive, but that’s personal preference, and it’s reversed during a back carry in any case.It is more breathable for baby, however, for the parent - so much of the warmth comes from the padding and the overal bulk and as this is the same on both . And people used to stare at me like I was odd - I hated the carrier because it was something I could never get on by myself ! I found it easy to get a really close fit thanks to the shape of the carrier seat and those brilliant crossable straps. All Omni baby carriers can be individually adjusted and supplemented with accessories or replacement parts. The Omni 360 is newborn ready and can carry a newborn starting at 7 lbs, whereas the 360 requires the use of an infant insert if you want to carry a baby under 12 lbs.

Make sure to narrow the seat when baby is facing out: adjust the button seats to the inner grey buttons for the Omni 360 Cotton carriers, and adjust the slider adjustments to the inner setting (toward the center) for the Omni 360 Cool Air Mesh carriers.
