The B2 is chain driven, which gives you the feeling of riding an outdoor bike and will stay strong for years. I would recommend changing the battery in the computer with a good quality one as the one included wasn’t very good and also lubricating the resistance pad to reduce the vibration noise.

The saddle is comfortable, there are plenty of adjustments you can make to suit your measurements and preferences and the resistance goes up to a nice high level for some tough climbs. It's a great spin bike, yes it's loud, so an I when I caining it but you feel safe on it, never in doubt. The resistance control knob is located at a good height on the main frame and just a small reach away. If you just want to get your avatar moving, cadence/speed sensor have worked for people with varying success–although most have not had anything close to accurate results. Would 3 or 4, 45 min sessions a week burn enough fat to lose weight if monitoring my diet and not stuffing my face.Be advised the older CycleOps models(and the early Powertap models I think) are Ant+ only, so depending on your use you might need an Ant+ dongle or look for the newer Bluetooth/ant+ version.
