i really can't stand a coconut note ever since i overdid it a couple of years ago when it was super trendy. No matter how many times I try to wear it, without fail, every time he says "you're wearing that perfume aren't you". I wish the Ariana Grande Cloud Bath and Shower Gel was sold separately so it was something I could use regularly. To me thats good because Angel Muse and Angel Muse EDT have been discontinued and are difficult to find.
Smells pretty much the same as cloud, a little muskier and a little less sweet but if you already have cloud you could skip this one in my opinion. When I first smelled this at Ulta, I didn't particularly think it smelled sweeter than the original Cloud and was debating repurchasing the original, but decided to give this a chance. I surprisingly find myself missing the lavender as it added an airier nuance to it, and I definitely miss the vanilla which made Cloud feel so feminine and gourmand.To me it’s whipped cream and praline, it pretty much stays the same and doesn’t change but I can smell it on myself for a good 5+hours. If you happen to have a rare cheaper frag by the name of Oriantica Amber rouge (a similar to BR540 without the intense sugar or more rounded) If you mix these two together, its way preitter than the OG! a bit more, but seeing as how I live in a hot, humid environment I will probably keep Cloud in my rotation over 2.

I tried this in the hopes that it would somehow be better than the original Cloud, as I wanted to "get" the amazing sweetness so many others had gotten from the first one. it's the only celebrity fragrance i currently have in my collection and it's the second highest compliment getter in my arsenal. Although, the colour scheme of the bottle is a complete miss even if it's meant to be a storm cloud amplifying its intense status. It's this cozy, airy, fluffy, creamy, woody scent that does remind me of a cloud and what it'd be like to be enveloped in one. It's not that I've smelled this (or BR 540 at that) on anyone but myself (perks of living in a small town), I just kept reaching for this over and over and over again.in conclusion, the intense version smells more lactonic, creamy, and kind of like a really SOFT airy pear. If you love it then you love it though, so please do not feel personally attacked by my harsh review! It's not oversweet but it smells a lot like other things I've smelled recently on the market and the ambroxan adds a dusty 'fresh' note that makes it even more lackluster. the original Cloud, for me, carries enough creamy coconut for it to be the primary note that stands out, and i was quick to put it back down.
As you can see from the first photo in this post, the Cloud set came in a sizable tin container that was designed to look like a cassette tape. Getting wafts of this fragrance as I move throughout the day leaves me confident in it's projection.If you love cloud there is no doubt you won’t love this as well, BUT it is a bit sweeter I was so eager to get my hands on this because so many have spoken how this is warmer and creamer than original cloud (I love the original but I’m not a huge fan of the first few minutes of the pear) This to me smells almost sweeter but not exactly in a creamy way. I guess for the people saying it's the same must be because of body chemistry differences because it's not the same as Cloud on my skin.
