During the ' Step Back to the 1940s' event in June/July 2019, 7325 was available for footplate visits and photographs outside for the first time in many years when displayed in the dock platform at Kidderminster. Beech has been made much more uneasy by the Blitz, and after an argument sparked by her discovery of the absence of the belt, she sends Willie to his room for the night. I found this movie to be a moving drama of the war years, which reminded me of evacuation of children from cities which were being bombed to locations where they would be safe.

In the UK, the version shown on ITV1 cuts out the scene where William's mother is shouting at him then cuts to the next scene immediately after she slaps him we only hear the sound of his cry as does so before it goes black. In the film's final scene, Willie rides the bicycle down the long hill and stops just in front of an impressed Tom, whom he addresses as "Dad" for the first time. Tom Oakley, a lonely and bitter old man living in the countryside village of Little Weirwold, is forced to look after one of the evacuees, William "Willie" Beech.You would not have seen an aerial of that type on a roof until the mid 1960's when BBC2 came into being. Tom is therefore saddened and upset when Willie's mother (Annabelle Apsion) unexpectedly summons him back to the capital at the height of the Blitz.
