I genuinely love winter mountain biking. Here are the items that help me maintain my loving relationship with The Filth. If you just want a no-nonsense mountain bike at an attractive price point, the Canyon Neuron AL 6 is a very good answer. REAL is hand cooked in Northamptonshire, the heart of England, using British potatoes, whenever the harvests allow, and 100% Rapeseed and Sunflower Oils. Most of the potatoes are from a 30 mile radius of the factory and we take in fresh deliveries daily to help meet our high quality requirements. Once they are done baking, you simply wrap them around a natural cheese slice, place on baking tray with parchment paper, and bake again. Less than 10 minutes! Now… the CHEESE is important here. I found the best cheeses to use are the ones that are more naturally aged. And if they are more aged they are also lower in lactose. This is because the aging process kills off that lactose sugar along with the whey. Only a little is left and it’s turned into lactic acid. Haha, I knew you wanted to know that, right? Nerd alert! For a complete list low lactose cheese –> FODMAP living. Your next step is to arrange mounds of the cheese on a parchment-lined rimmed baking sheet. Gently flatten them. Deviled eggs are always nice. A meat and cheese platter is great. But when you want some crunch, nothing beats these tasty cheese crisps (well, bacon chips are excellent too!).
