And as one of the world's leading experts on leadership and personal development and author of 12 international bestsellers, Robin Sharma knows a thing or two about success.

Each day there was a new, important case for Mantle to take on and he approached every proceeding diligently. So after he collapsed from all the stress with a heart attack, he sold everything and ventured into the Himalayan mountains. When completely immersed in something, you are oblivious to your surroundings or what is happening around you.Join Mindvalley’s founder Vishen in this free Masterclass as he dives deep into the core personal growth practices. Master your mind; Follow your purpose; Practice Kaizen; Live with discipline; Respect your time; Selflessly serve others; Embrace the present; These are the seven timeless virtues of enlightened living.

These steps might seem simple and obvious, but what makes goals, success and destiny appear so elusive is because the pursuer has yet to arrive at self-knowledge. The truth is, each of the Seven Virtues encompasses a bunch of daily habits, and incorporating all of them into your life would be cumbersome. When you are inspired by some great purpose, some extraordinary destination, all of your thoughts break their bonds, and your mind transcends limitations, your consciousness expands in all directions, and you find yourself in a new, wonderful, and great world. Within the pages of this immensely inspiring book that has transformed the lives of people and families across the planet, life-improvement guru Robin Sharma reveals a surprisingly easy yet strikingly effective system that shows you how to awaken the natural leadership potential of your child while restoring your own balance, joy, and inner peace in the process. At first, you’ll have lots of distracting thoughts, but you’ll get better at keeping those out of your head over time. However this is not a book which is meant to be read quickly and forgotten, and is best read slowly.

I can’t give this book my highest rating (see Conclusion for the rating) for several reasons I discuss below, but I did highly enjoy its discussion of a number of concepts. The lessons Robin Sharma weaves through the journey reiterate the importance of leading an authentic, kind, pleasurable and loving life. It's not what you will get out of the books that is so enriching - it is what the books will get out of you that will ultimately change your life.I would recommend this read to anyone who is looking for a better way to connect with their loved ones. The setup is a poor one, because it's so unrealistic, which doesn't exactly inspire confidence in the methods. Live Nourishment talked about eating right and recommended having a portion of salad with every meal and taking fruits daily.

Julian, a high-powered legal superstar turned enlightened monk, reveals the wisest answers to life’s deepest questions. The current world has become highly competitive, which is the primary cause of the rising stress level.
