About this deal

Finding Cinderella is an adorable read and any Colleen Hoover fan will be jumping for joy and wishing for more

You might be asking yourself, “why would a shriveled up old hag like her be reading Finding Cinderella????” The answer is quite simple: I don't think there is a single thing about this story that I didn't love. Even though it was only a novella, it was sweet, sexy, romantic, surprising, heart-wrenching, and breathtaking all at the same time. I couldn't put this book down, and found myself having to carry my Kindle around the grocery store so that I could continue to read. I loved all the characters so much, they could make me cry in one instant and then the very next second I would literally be laughing out loud. Colleen Hoover is one of the most talented authors I have ever had the honor of reading. Finding Cinderella is by far the best novella I have ever read! Once upon a time, there was a tiny maintenance closet; crowded, abandoned, a place to sleep or skip class. Here, in this small closet, Prince Charming met Cinderella. You go to the same school as us?” I ask, referring to the fact that she included herself in the explanation of the assignment. I know we go to a huge school, but I have a feeling I would remember her, especially if she’s Sky’s best friend.I love the beginning, I thought it was very cute (yes a bit cheesy at times), but that's the stuff we love right? Colleen really has a way with words and for obvious reasons that is why she is so loved. I climb into Sky’s window and she’s sitting on the floor, rummaging through pictures. She looks up and smiles as I make my way into her room. “Hey, Daniel,” she says. It feels sort of euphoric, like we’re in some sort of fairy tale. Like she’s Tinkerbell and I’m Peter Pan.

Verity follows a struggling writer who accepts an unusual gig: to live in the home of a bestselling author and her husband, tasked with finishing that author's outstanding novels because the famous writer is injured and unable to write. As she rifles through Verity’s office, Lowen Ashleigh finds an unfinished autobiography that reveals a dark family secret. Finding Cinderella is about Holder's best friend Daniel. After a chance encounter in a closet in school, Daniel met and lost his dream girl without ever seeing her face. A year later, and a failed drama filled relationship later, Daniel is introduced to Sky's friend Six who has returned from Italy after a year abroad. The two have an instant chemistry and begin dating, but both have secrets than can be deal breakers for the other. What broken heart? I’m pretty sure this is the first time my heart has actually felt any form of relief since the moment I started dating Val.It’s different with Six, though. Not only does she get my sense of humor and my personality, but I feel like she encourages it. I feel like the real me is what she likes the most and every time she laughs or smiles at the perfect moment, I want to fist bump her.” A love story between writer and muse, November 9 follows Fallon, a girl with a plan to move across the country, who meets Ben, an aspiring novelist. The pair spends Fallon’s last day in L.A. together and vow to return to each other every year on, you guessed it, November 9. From the #1 New York Times bestselling author of It Ends with Us and It Starts with Us, an exclusive ebook collection of the spellbinding Hopeless series, exploring how learning the truth can sometimes leave you more hopeless than believing the lies. There's something about Colleen Hoover novellas, I tend to love them more than her full length novels. Which is so rare because most of the time novellas don't have enough. But this book in its entirety and shortness made me fall in love with it.

Finding Cinderella is told completely in Daniel Wesley’s pov. Daniel is Dean Holder’s funny, loyal, and lovable best friend. While hiding out in the maintenance closet during the 5th period, Daniel meets his Cinderella. They share something truly special even though they never see each other or exchange names. This is the story of Daniel and Six, best friends to Holder and Sky, of course these two have to be amazing, to be their best friends! The first installment of the Maybe trilogy, Maybe Someday follows a 22-year-old college student who, after discovering her boyfriend is cheating on her, finds herself interested in her mysterious, guitar-playing neighbor Ridge. Hopeless follows two young lovers with dark pasts and secrets, who explore first love and ghosts of the past. Sky, a home-schooled and adopted 17-year-old girl, convinces her mother to let her attend public school for her final year, where she reunites with Dean, a childhood friend turned promiscuous popular guy.I can’t help but smile at her reply, though. I wouldn’t mind having to see this girl on a recurring basis. “So does that mean you’ll be joining our lunchroom alliance?” I lean forward and grab the bowl of ice cream she didn’t finish. I pull it to me and take a bite. One of Hoover’s most popular titles and the subject of the forthcoming movie starring Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni, It Ends With Us follows Lily, a hardworking business owner who meets a too-good-to-be-true neurosurgeon, Ryle Kincaid. The two fall dangerously in love, but Lily is left thinking of her first love, Atlas Corrigan, who suddenly reappears in her life, threatening her relationship with Ryle.

Without spoiling the plot, I’ll just say that they are pulled apart by the very fateful forces which pushed them together. In the end, this is a beautiful, heartfelt story about two kindred spirits finding their way to each other, falling in love with the only person they could ever truly love. The dialogue is sharp, funny and ingenious, making me laugh and grin throughout. There were also moments brimming with emotion and heartbreak that evoked some unexpected tears. Again, Colleen Hoover’s ability to infuse that level and range of emotion in a novella is a true testament to her masterful writing. This was way too easy. I figured she’d put up a fight and make me beg a little like Val always does. I love that she isn’t playing games. She’s straightforward and I like that about her already. The third and final installment in the Slammed trilogy, This Girl takes the familiar story and turns it on its head, with the story unfolding from Will’s perspective, rather than Layken’s. The couple continues to struggle with the shadows of Will’s past, balancing the weight of that with the hope of their future. Thank you Colleen Hoover for gifting this book to the reading world! I wish I had your flare with words to perfectly express how much I truly adore your books. Each one of your characters holds a special place in my heart. Now, Daniel and Six have a spot as well. Thank you!
