About this deal

Ralphs Club Eau de Parfum is an authentically masculine, long-lasting fragrance that draws you in with its subtle balance of elegance and irreverence, pushing the boundaries of sensuality with its luxurious scent that lingers. Exclusively crafted ingredients are distilled to their highest quality, with an exceptionally high level of naturality. Impactful fresh notes of Lavandin and Clary Sage are balanced with the warm richness of Virginia Cedarwood and luxurious Vetiver harvested under fair and safe working conditions, achieving a long-lasting and sensual woody scent. Experience the power of Ralphs Club, the greatest night of your life captured in a fragrance. The initial spritz is a whirlwind of spice and fruit; apple and mandarin add a slightly sharp feel amongst the warm and spicy cardamom top note. The fragrance settles into a sophisticated heart of lavender, clary sage and geranium. These notes create a fresh herbaceous feel that can only be detected with a deep inhale of the scent at first, but they build as the fragrance settles. The result? A scent that’s like a breath of fresh air in a forest.

Think something like the original RC with the sparkling “apple” top note of Y EDP, and the lavender/sage/vetiver combo intertwining with an “amber woods” musky marine base, kinda like what they’ve been doing with the Polo Blue flankers. It can be wear everyday, but I would prefers leans a bit more night. Is this my first choice for formal event, no. Casual night maybe. I'll admit, if you let the scent sit on you for a while, a few serviceable impressions come through. The whole thing reminds me of something like mixing together a bad copy of Zino and a botched clone of Armani's Code with some sweaty notes. What I'm about to write, I mean entirely without irony or malice: Ralph's Club has an appealing harmony of slight sweetness and some astringency in conjunction with the lavender Surrugat in a relatively short window of time. Overall, however, it falls far short. The 2021 Ralph’s Club Eau de Parfum and the new-for-2022 Parfum both share a woody-fougere heart. However, this Parfum has a warm intensity and a spiced-woody dry down (thanks to the patchouli and cardamom) which the Eau de Parfum doesn’t have. Fresh notes of Lavandin are combined with the warm richness of Virginia Cedarwood, woody Vetiver and aromatic Clary Sage for a uniquely seductive scent. The community seems to rate this one horribly out of spite because some of the hardcore fragheads on YouTube got mad it wasn't what they EXPECTED from the release. Thats what I hear in almost every single critique; they EXPECTED something more grown up and uniquely sophisticated, instead they got a really nice blue fragrance (lol). Seems everyone else in the hivemind just followed suit. The base is bold and powerful; it takes on an earthy tone using vetiver, patchouli and cashmeran. Vetiver and patchouli can both be dominant notes, but they’re layered expertly in Ralph’s Club Parfum so they never overwhelm you.

And so it is not surprising that in Ralph's Club all ingredients seemingly from chemistry class could be mopted and reflect only the breath of lavender, clary sage, cedar or vetiver. Ultimately, Ralph’s Club may be just a drop of water in an ocean of deep blue smell-alikes, but I think it deserves to stand shoulder to shoulder with the giants of the genre, when all is said and done. Keen to find out more about Ralph’s Club Parfum – including how it compares to the original? Read out for my full Ralph’s Club Parfum review…This fragrance is just as boring, bland and generic as the "socially acceptable" people in the advert. Where are they, what are they doing, do they even know each other, there's zero chemistry there. Just a collection of what the photographer thought "Cool People" should look like. The photo has zero chemistry and the fragrance mirrors the magnificent shallowness of the advertisement.

Unfortunately the performance is terrible for me. I actually prefer more intimate scents but on my skin this projects a few feet for literally 30 minutes and then becomes a skin scent. After a few hours it disappears almost entirely, which is unacceptable for a parfum where you're supposed to gain longevity in exchange for the lower sillage. I am someone who very rarely gets compliments on fragrances. I call BS on anyone claiming “fragrance XYZ got me 7 compliments today.” Ralph’s Club Eau de Parfum is an authentically masculine fragrance that draws you in with its perfect balance of elegance and sophistication. L’oreal must drop some note off as If this follows the note breakdown it must be something more aromatic-woody. If you’re in the market for a versatile all-rounder, something that will get you from the office to date night with ease, you could do much MUCH worse. It’s blind buy worthy if you loved the EDP, but even if you hated Ralph’s Club with a passion, I highly highly recommend sampling it. The parfum is much smoother, more mature and such a huge improvement over its predecessor that it’s hard not to wonder why the EDP was even released!Crafted with an exceptionally high level of naturality, the ingredients are distilled to their highest quality to achieve a clean and long-lasting aroma, making it the most natural fragrance in the Ralph Lauren portfolio." This is a scent that's VERY NICE but also feels VERY familiar. It does not blow my mind in any way, but it smells really, really nice.
