About this deal

It's very late so it's not worth trying to rush it (you won't manage to do that anyway), but (especially if you manage to get a few upgrades), it's definitely worth making it.

Too expensive. They deal decent melee damage so they're half-good in cover, but they are expensive and will most likely nuke your other units' morale when dying. Their frag grenades are a bit better than tacticals', and their melta bombs marginally better. If you drown in food and have little ore, it can be a good idea to make them and a full infantry build as they can still support infantry while being mobile, but myeah. Don't like them. Kill a Knight Crusader with a Cerastus Knight-Lancer [requires the Adeptus Mechanicus DLC. [Note: If you play on an easy setting, the AI might never have a chance to build Knight Crusaders].

At the start of the third battle round, select either Wanton Massacre or Wanton Slaughter; until the end of that battle round, your army (and every unit from it) is engaged in the wanton act you selected. Thousand Sons are one of the armies I can see using this. When we build gunlines, we include numerous psykers for buffs and wound regen via Temporal Manipulation. We also have a situation where everything in our army has invuln saves......except the Tanks and Helbrutes often used in our firebases. Okay. Just okay. They're not particularly good or bad. They have rather bad morale (because they don't have "...And They Shall Know No Fear") but it's ok. Reference: John Stuart Mill was a 19th century British politician and philosopher who advocated individual liberty, as do the T'au. The specific line alludes to Monty Python's Philosophers Song...

In general, to get any achievement you’ll need to follow a few rules, but you’ll still usually have a huge amount of freedom to set the game up in your favor. Boons are an important investment in research and they are STILL RNG (you're not sure to get one when you kill, and you're not sure to get the most interesting one). Universal Indoctrination (a Tier 9 technology) grants Avenger Strike Fighters the Shield of Faith, which now allows them to receive the Avenging Zeal trait on death of another unit with Martyr Spirit. You can’t win with the story victory. Again, your units aren’t up to the task, and it would take too long anyway.Notes: The reference is to Neon Genesis Evangelion, a Japanese animated series of a subtype called mecha anime. In this series, a group of human pilots in biomechanical giants square off against an alien race of semi-robotic spiritual beings called Angels. “Evangelion” is a religious reference to Good News, or the Gospel…the series delves deeply into references to faith, history, and literature. It's difficult stuff to watch, but has an extremely devoted following. Summoning a Maulerfiend is the least useful (you will usually have a few of them already), and a Warp Talons is in the middle. This achievement simply happened to me while I was playing, so I'm piecing together the path from Ash, Ivelios, and others' contributions. I think both the name and description are a little misleading, as they seem to imply that the cultist sacrifice city boost should be a part of the solution. This is confirmed to barely be the case (see below).

Void shields are normally localised force fields reserved for protecting the monolithic Titans of the Adeptus Mechanicus, but static generators can be erected to serve as an aegis for other targets of vital import. The largest Void Shield generators can even project an invisible bubble of power across a large area of the battlefield, sheltering both troops and strategically vital battlefield locations by absorbing or deflecting the energy of incoming munitions. For the single-player version, I once again turned to my old buddies the Enslavers. I sent a loaded Immolater (the earliest Sororitas mechanized unit) near an enslaver, let it sit nearby until the morale was low enough, and then let the Enslavers catch it. I had two units of Retributors ready to kill the vehicle that turn, and the achievement was mine!Warhammer Community: Necron Lore - Playing the Long Game (posted 7/12/2020) (last accessed 7/13/2020) If they're not too big on Devil Dog/Leman Russ (so like... they have hydras/Chimaeras/Sentinels), Warp Talons can be a solution because they're tanky and deal a decent amount of damage with high AP. Talons with Slaanesh to jump them from 5 tiles away, with Khorne to increase damage or Tzeentch to be even more disgustingly tanky (forget Nurgle). This dedicated Chaos army Fortification will protect your troops with a shield of energy, making long-ranged warriors such as Havocs and Obliterators difficult to displace. The Chaos Psykers will be able to re-roll any failed Psychic tests, allowing you to try and master the Psychic phase while all your foes will now have to worry about the increased risk of suffering from the Perils of the Warp! Noctilith Crown Components But at 40, they are too expensive and take too long to make. You can't build two Altar of Chaos because +2 loyalty is not really valuable early on, so you can't speed up the production. Here's the list for Gladius. Some are self-explanatory, but some (*) are listed in the specific achievement sections below.
