The Customer service I received was outstanding and second to none. From the beginning to the end of my experience, due to the special nature of my circumstances, I was dealt with sensitivity, compassion and a swift resolution. I highly recommend Dainley for their high level of professional ethic and care. In my particular case, a very strong pain appeared after a ~2 hours use. I gave it a second chance but got the same result so I've stopped using it and will never use it again. Not satisfied. It didn't change my sciatica what so ever! I gave been to both a chiropractor and a physiotherapist who both told me these belts are not going to fix the problem!
As a result a replacement belt has just arrived and I am now wearing it again, a great outcome and thank you so much for your help Leo.We are so sorry for the experience. We recommend to start by wearing it for 4 hours/day, and then slowly decreasing the time you wear it by 1 hour per week, up until you reach the point where you don't feel pain even without the belt. A lot of companies do not realize that even if their product is very good, a bad or weak customer service can ruin reputation. Even my husband is noticing. Not only did he say my mood and energy has increased but we now enjoy regular weekend hiking and biking trips together. Update 9/30/2023:I still have NOT received the new belt!! It is useless to me without the Velcro staying in place. This is not good customer service!!
