Is it showing as part of the MESH? Perhaps a factory defaults reset of the 3000 , then remove it from the MESH and re-imclude it using WPS on both your 3000 and 7490. If you own a FRITZ!Box there are extra benefits, for a start, this will work with the inbuilt mesh networking technology. It will also synch any relevant settings, for example, if you have a guest network set up or a WiFi schedule, you don’t need to set these up again. the other repeater is a Mesh Repeater, regardless of whether it is a FRITZ!Repeater, FRITZ!Powerline device or FRITZ!Box. ( Is anyone else finding that after updating the repeater to 7.27 firmware they're now getting a message saying their repeater isn't meshed? I’ve tried this in two locations: inside my house in a bedroom and in an outside cabin and the results were impressive in both locations. Location It should simply search for the mesh master and auto connect. Mine takes about a minute from power-up. Improved assistent for inital setup and the change of the connetion type (LAN connection / WiFi connection)

That is odd as the other F!B devices has the option to auto or manually set the time zone. I suppose you could play (if you're keen) with the master time settings – go to manual setting time zone or change the NTP sever?
