The nibs on the Plumix, Pluminix, Metropolitan, Prera, Penmanship, and 78G are all interchangeable (there may be a few more as well, but I do not know). The Varsity is absolutely NOT interchangeable and is not actually even meant to be removed from the pen. The Pilot Petit1 is a great little pen. It’s fun and easy to use and many people will be attracted to it simply because of it’s size. Don’t let it’s cute looks fool you… it’s still comfortable to use, even if you don’t have small hands. Sometimes students need to focus on their confidence handling a math problem, not the math skill per se. Our tutor is wonderful at providing the right kind of support to my daughter.

Customer Service was incredibly helpful and my son loves his tutor- he said it was the first time he really had fun learning. Since nibs are usually interchangeable, it’s not necessary to choose a fountain pen solely because of the nib. Both have great sealing caps. They can stand around without use for months and still start up just fine. I have been a tutor in Varsity for past 5 months and the entire experience has been excellent.I have got a good lot of students to tutor GCSE's and the platform is user friendly and very thoughtful. The uploading process of documents and the sharing of screen with students have helped a lot. Invoicing process also is pretty simple. anyways, i was paired with a tutor by the name of Aniket who was extremely helpful and made me a priority student of his for the next week and a half which was so awesome.

I have also eyedropper converted the Preppy, many many times. I've converted it, removed all of the labeling and filled it with Kon-Peki as a gift for my boss. It's a reliable pen. When you finishyour trainingyou will be issued with a fATPL, which allows you to get a job with an airline as a first officer working alongside a captain. The Pilot Varsity has been marketed as a disposable pen. I have used several of them but I have yet thrown any of them away, mainly because of the wonderful nib, feed and durable barrel. I keep the empty Varsity pens in readiness to be eye dropped when I'm so inclined, but I find that I'm always buying more of it because of the beautiful blue ink. The paint work on the body of the Varsity pen can be scratched away easily, making it a translucent demonstrator. Anyone know where, or even if it's possible, to get replacement nibs ONLY for the Pilot Met? I have a set of Mets with medium nib and I'd sure like to switch out a few of the nibs with fine nibs -- without having to buy new pens, if possible.

Sometimes it would write perfectly fine, while others it would seem dry.
