About this deal

Games play very differently and repeated plays lead to greater mastery over the cards - if like me you like having to adapt within a game without being punished for it, this is as perfect as you can get. In addition to needing a top card of value equal or higher than the card you are trying to claim to be eligible, if you already have a standard achievement of that age, your score needs to be twice as high to be eligible.

Whenever you draw a card for any reason, if the corresponding supply pile is empty, draw from the next higher age's supply pile instead. as if they were on this card— execute the effects printed on the targeted card as if they were printed on this card, meaning the featured icon will be the one on this card, which may affect who shares them or is vulnerable to them. In this example, I have Writing and Code of Laws (which I've already used to splay my purple cards left! The "Legend", "Repute", and "Fame" Special Achievements can be triggered by any meld effects, not just Meld Actions. Each special achievement also has an associated card whose dogma effects can allow a player to claim them. The IELLO version looks a lot more colourful and if you prefer that and can find a copy, I strongly recommend you grab it, but if you’re happy with Asmadi’s stark look that admittedly is a little cleaner, then by all means pick up the 3rd Edition which is in a much smaller box for added portability – though sleevers will be frustrated at the lack of spare space. If a "Draw and Reveal" effect does not specify what to do with the card after revealing it, it is placed in your hand at the end of the effect.

Tucking a card means to place it face-up on the bottom of its stack on your board, maintaining any current splay. With 115 new cards in The Unseen, and about 100 card changes or new cards in the other sets, we need to make additional card images. Every card has its own unique effect that might help you build up your society, advance to new eras, or even attack your opponents. Each of these cards has a unique power which will allow further advancement, point scoring, or even attacking other civilizations.
