The distillery is located in Kwazulu-Natal in South Africa, an area that just so happens to be famous for sugarcane. Since 2008, Bar Business has been providing owners, operators, and managers the opportunity to find out what is going on in the industry and how to benefit from it all. The team partnered with Gallic spirits brand, Guillotine, to infuse Champagne grape-based vodka with Ossetra Tsar Impérial caviar in a one-of-a-kind luxury bottling.

Testers found the flavour to have a hint of lemon and pepper, but it was the long, creamy finish that was most memorable. The sugar cane lends a gentle sweet character too, which will go well in any number of mixed drinks, from limey caipiroskas to vodka sodas.
